Fullfillment Policy for Marketing Review

1. Refund Policy At Abyssus LLC, client satisfaction and the successful delivery of marketing services are our top priorities. Refunds are issued solely under conditions where there is mutual agreement between Abyssus LLC and the client that continuation of our engagement is not beneficial to either party. If both parties consent, the terms of the refund, including the possibility of a partial refund, will be determined based on the proportion of work completed and the expenses incurred up to that point.

   
   

2. Delivery Policy Marketing services provided by Abyssus LLC under any agreement are delivered on an ongoing basis. Our team begins work immediately upon receipt of payment, with service delivery spanning the next 30 days, aligned with the monthly agreement cycle. This ongoing delivery model ensures continuous progress and adaptation to client needs.

   
   

3. Return Policy Due to the nature of marketing services, Abyssus LLC does not offer returns on services rendered. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and offer multiple revision opportunities. Clients are encouraged to provide ongoing feedback and request changes or adjustments to ensure the final deliverables meet their expectations.

   
   

4. Cancellation Policy Once initiated, service orders cannot be cancelled mid-process. We encourage open communication and feedback during the service delivery period to adapt to evolving client needs. In cases where both parties agree that discontinuing the service is the most prudent course of action, a partial refund may be offered, reflecting the work completed and costs incurred up to the point of agreement.
